What to Expect
Either lunch or dinner is included in the retreat fee. Usually deli subs and/or pizza is provided for lunch.

Each orchestra will have both full rehearsals and sectionals with breaks throughout the day at the discretion of the conductor

Bring your pencil, music, instrument, and any other supplies you might need (i.e. rock stops, rosin, spare strings, etc.)

There will be parent meetings for each orchestra where information about the season will be discussed. Come and get your questions answered.  This meeting is for both new and returning parents!

Why do we have the retreat?
The retreat offers each orchestra a chance to kick off the season and welcome back young musicians. You will get to see old friends and make new friends, but there will also be intense rehearsal time. The retreat is an important start to the season and is required for all members.
